Don Woodruff

Retired from FedEx and dedicated to sharing God's Word with others. I send out devotionals weekly and have written two books: "The Crucifixion Catalyst / Unspoken Messages From God To Believers" (published and available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble **out of print**) and "I'm Saved Now What?" (unpublished). I am currently working on a third one that will be a Daily Devotional. The devotionals on my Blog have been viewed by people in all 50 states and over 80 foreign countries. I sincerely believe the Lord provides the content for the devotionals and in 2013 He “tasked” me with distributing them and storing them on my Blog. They are free and I will not solicit any donations. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to leave comments if one of them speaks to you personally, or if you have a suggestion.

LET ME GET THIS RIGHT, SUFFERING CAN BE A GOOD THING?

SCRIPTURE: Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope.  And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out His love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom He has given us.   (Romans 5:3-5) MEDITATION: What kind of … Continue reading

We can have moments of happiness, but that doesn’t mean we have a lasting … Continue reading

If we depend … Continue reading

DO YOU NEED ASSURANCE THAT GOD WILL TAKE CARE OF YOU?

SCRIPTURE: He who walks righteously and speaks what is right, who rejects gain from extortion and keeps his hand from accepting bribes, who stops his ears against plots of murder and shuts his eyes against contemplating evil; this is the man who will dwell on the heights, whose refuge will be the mountain fortress.  His … Continue reading

COPING WITH SADNESS, DISCOURAGEMENT AND DEPRESSION

HAVE ALL YOUR NEEDS BEEN MET?

SCRIPTURE: And my God will meet all your needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus.   (Philippians 4:19) MEDITATION: Every human being has a lot of wants, but each one also has many needs. LOVE SHOWN THROUGH DISCIPLINE

SCRIPTURE: “Those whom I love I rebuke and discipline.  So be earnest, and repent.”   (Revelation 3:19) MEDITATION: Have you ever considered the reason we discipline our children? It is partly to help them learn, but it is also because they need our help. Help? Yes, we help them when we discipline them. In their … Continue reading

WHAT THINGS DO YOU HAVE A HUNGER AND THIRST FOR?

SCRIPTURE: Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness, for they will be filled.   (Matthew 5:6) MEDITATION: Do you believe the promises made in God’s Word?
