Don Woodruff

Retired from FedEx and dedicated to sharing God's Word with others. I send out devotionals weekly and have written two books: "The Crucifixion Catalyst / Unspoken Messages From God To Believers" (published and available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble **out of print**) and "I'm Saved Now What?" (unpublished). I am currently working on a third one that will be a Daily Devotional. The devotionals on my Blog have been viewed by people in all 50 states and over 120 foreign countries. I sincerely believe the Lord provides the content for the devotionals and in 2013 He “tasked” me with distributing them and storing them on my Blog. They are free and I will not solicit any donations. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to leave comments if one of them speaks to you personally, or if you have a suggestion.

SATAN WANTS TO CONVINCE US THAT WE HAVE LOST OUT ON HEAVEN

BIBLE PASSAGE: You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies. … Continue reading

I’M SAVED, NOW WHAT? I’M SAVED, NOW WHAT? FRIENDSHIP WITH THE WORLD (2 of 2)     Idolatry (continued):     Obviously there are times when we are ill, or required to work,     or something unexpectedly occurs. I’M SAVED, NOW WHAT? RIGHTEOUS PRAYER In verse two, James was not saying that ‘asking God’ (praying) is a way to get whatever we want. He may have suspected that some might misinterpret what he meant, so he clarifies the intent of his comment.     When you ask, you do not receive, because you ask … Continue reading

I’M SAVED, NOW WHAT? (part-32)

I’M SAVED, NOW WHAT? GREED There is a fine line between selfishness and greed. Selfishness wants everything to revolve around the person who is selfish. Greed wants everything everyone else owns – either their possessions or duplicates of their possessions. The bible has many warnings about greed.     The greedy bring ruin to their households, … Continue reading
