Don Woodruff

Retired from FedEx and dedicated to sharing God's Word with others. I send out devotionals weekly and have written two books: "The Crucifixion Catalyst / Unspoken Messages From God To Believers" (published and available on Amazon and Barnes & Noble **out of print**) and "I'm Saved Now What?" (unpublished). I am currently working on a third one that will be a Daily Devotional. The devotionals on my Blog have been viewed by people in all 50 states and over 120 foreign countries. I sincerely believe the Lord provides the content for the devotionals and in 2013 He “tasked” me with distributing them and storing them on my Blog. They are free and I will not solicit any donations. I hope you enjoy them and feel free to leave comments if one of them speaks to you personally, or if you have a suggestion.

WHAT IS THE ATTRACTION OF THE CROSS?

BIBLE PASSAGE: He told them, “This is what is written: The Christ will suffer and rise from the dead on the third day,” (Luke 24:46) MEDITATION: Crucifixion is a method of capital punishment where the victim is tied or nailed to a large wooden beam and left to hang for several days, until they eventually … Continue reading

PRIDE VERSUS COMPASSION

We have to discipline ourselves for the purpose of godliness. … Continue reading

WHAT CAN I BELIEVE INTO EXISTENCE?

SCRIPTURE: That if you confess with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. (Romans 10:9) MEDITATION: It is impossible to believe anything into existence. The Gospel did not come into being because men believed it. The tomb was not emptied of … Continue reading

REMEMBERING WHAT THE LORD DID FOR US

FEAR IS NOT AN ENEMY THAT CANNOT BE CONQUERED

BIBLE PASSAGE: The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life; of whom shall I be afraid?
