WANT TO BE A BOSS OR A LEADER?

A friend of mine went to visit his brother in another city. His brother owned a store and when he arrived at his house, he was told that his brother was at the store. He thought that was strange since the store was supposed to be closed that day. As he drove to the store to see his brother, he wondered what was going on.
When he arrived, he was even more confused as he saw his brother installing some shelves for merchandise.
He said to his brother,”I thought you had ‘people’ to do things like this.  Since you are the boss, you shouldn’t be doing this menial task”.  His brother’s response was simple, “Bosses don’t do things like this, but leaders do.”
