“He is not here: for He is risen.” Matthew 28:6
It is a truth that Jesus Christ literally came out of the grave.
You just can’t be neutral about the resurrection.
You have to face the fact of the resurrection.
Either it is true or it is not true.
Either He came out of that grave or He did not.
Which side are you on?
You can’t just say,
“It doesn’t really make any difference.
Let’s just put our arms around everybody.
We all believe the same thing.”
When you take a stand for truth,
you’re going to have a head on collision with the darkness
that doesn’t want the light shining in!
If there was no resurrection,
then we have no Savior.
If there was no resurrection,
then the Holy Spirit is not available for believers.
If there was no resurrection,
then there is no salvation.
If there was no resurrection,
then we have no hope.
If there was no resurrection,
then the bible is just a fictional book.
If there was no resurrection,
then pastors are just working a job for pay.
Yes, the resurrection does make a difference.
Pray for those who are called to fulltime ministry
as they proclaim the truth to a lost world.
Pray for God’s protection for them
as they stand on the frontline to battle for souls!
Pray for their families who support and encourage them.
Prove your own faith in the resurrection
by worshipping with other believers in God’s house
(Hebrews 10:24-25 is not a suggestion, but a command to believers).
“And let us consider how we may spur one another on toward love and good deeds,
not giving up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing,
but encouraging one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching.
