DOES ANYONE UNDERSTAND WHAT I’M GOING THROUGH?

SCRIPTURE:
The Lord your God is with you; He is mighty to save. 
He will take great delight in you, He will quiet you with His Love, 
He will rejoice over you with singing.” 
(Zephaniah 3:17)

MEDITATION:
Have you ever had a low point in your life 
and wanted to know that someone (anyone) was in your corner to lift you up?
We all need to have that “go to” person in our lives.
We may have many friends who have a desire to encourage us, 
but they are just not sure how to go about it.
They don’t know what to do or say to fill our need when we are in despair.

However, you can be comforted IF you know your Heavenly Father.
When you know God, you will feel His presence. 
You realize that His love is so powerful 
that He has the ability to bring calmness to your calamity.

You also know of His power and how much He delights in you, whom He created.
He delights in watching you enjoy things that are true, noble, right, lovely,
admirable, excellent and praiseworthy.
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, 
whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is 
admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such 
things. (Philippians 4:8)

Imagine how uplifting it is 
to know that the God of the universe rejoices over you with singing.
God sings over you! 
How awesome is that?

You don’t have to go somewhere to find God because He is everywhere at once, 
listening to the prayers of all who call out in the name of Christ.
He performs the miracle of keeping the stars in their places, 
the plants bursting up through the earth, and the fish swimming in the sea.
 
There is no limit to His wisdom. 
There is no limit to His power. 
There is no limit to His love. 
There is no limit to His mercy.
There is no limit to His grace.
There is no limit to God!

ACTION:
What is your relationship with your Heavenly Father?
Do you depend on Him to provide for your needs?
Do you go to Him first whenever you are in despair?

Pray,
“Heavenly Father, thank You for Your availability to those who know You. 
As God of the universe, I know when I belong to You, You understand me 
and can fill my needs whenever I call on You in the name of Your Son, Jesus. 
You are not handicapped by the inadequacies and blind spots of my earthly 
friends. You are everywhere and You love me and care about the minutest 
details of my life. I am encouraged whenever I think about You and Your 
presence. You can show me how to use Your spiritual gifts to me for serving 
You and pointing others to Jesus.”
