Most marriages could benefit from one thing.
That one thing?
Two funerals and one wedding.
The husband and wife need to die to themselves
and come together as one, married to Jesus Christ.
When a man loves his wife passionately,
there is nothing he will not give up for his wife,
except his relationship to Almighty God.
When there’s that kind of love shown to a wife,
the bible’s instructions about submission will not be an issue.
Are you married?
Then, go on a date with your spouse.
Are you single?
Pray that God will prepare you to be the person your mate will need.
Pray also that God will make you the person He has uniquely
designed you to be for His purposes, whether married or single.
